As planning ranges, a 200 to 500 guest conference or summit runs SAR 250,000 to 700,000, a brand launch SAR 200,000 to 800,000, a custom exhibition booth SAR 2,500 to 6,000 per square metre and a multi-zone festival or public activation from SAR 500,000, all before 15% VAT. Venue, set build and AV move the number most, and you receive a concept with an indicative budget within one week of the brief.
Ten to twelve weeks for anything that needs a permit. Entertainment permits from the GEA take 4 to 6 weeks and trade exhibition or conference licences from SCEGA take 6 to 8 weeks, so format, budget and venue should be locked about 12 weeks out, creative and build drawings approved at 6 weeks, and the production schedule and run-of-show fixed 3 weeks before doors open.
Yes. We file GEA, SCEGA, MOCI and Riyadh municipality submissions, hold the follow-up calls and manage venue agreements and load-in windows with Riyadh's main venues. Permits are started as soon as the date and venue are fixed because they are the longest item on the timeline. Every event is invoiced with 15% VAT under ZATCA rules.
