Shell scheme upgrades run about SAR 900 to 1,500 per square metre, rental or reusable systems SAR 1,200 to 2,500, custom single-deck stands SAR 2,500 to 5,000 and double-deck stands SAR 5,000 to 9,000 per square metre, before 15% VAT. A custom 36 square metre stand usually lands between SAR 90,000 and 180,000 all in. Height, double-deck structure, AV and custom joinery move the number most, so check whether install, dismantle and storage are included in any quote.
Usually 6 to 10 weeks from design approval to install, so book early. A workable plan is the 3D design and render approved 8 to 10 weeks before the show, organiser and safety approvals 4 to 6 weeks out, fabrication and graphic printing 2 to 3 weeks out, and the build inside the hall one to two days before opening. Pop-up displays and modular stands are faster because the structure already exists.

Fabrication in wood, MDF, plywood, metal and acrylic is done with Vista's Saudi partners in Riyadh, with joinery, finishing, electrical and AV mounts pre-assembled and quality-checked in the workshop before the booth is shipped to the venue.
Yes. The install team handles the show-floor build, a final quality check before doors open, and strike at close, and the venue is left clean. One producer manages the build and the install with a single supplier team, so there is one point of accountability from drawing to dismantle. Between shows the booth can be stored, repaired and re-skinned for reuse.
Choose a custom architectural stand when brand impact matters and the space is 18 square metres or more. Choose a modular system if you exhibit several times a year: it ships flat, assembles fast and rebrands cleanly between shows, which is cheaper than rebuilding every time. Choose a pop-up display or roll-ups for activations, road shows and short-lead campaigns. Double-deck stands need extra structural approvals.
The show name and dates, the hall and stand number, the stand size, the open sides (corner, peninsula or island), the organiser's ceiling height limit and your move-in dates. The organiser sets the technical rules and SCEGA licenses trade exhibitions in the Kingdom; both are handled as part of the project. Add your brand book and what the visitor should do before leaving the stand, and a concept follows.
