Per piece before 15% VAT: a simple acrylic shield SAR 80 to 200, standard crystal SAR 150 to 450, premium or LED-lit crystal SAR 450 to 1,200, custom wood and metal SAR 300 to 900, and a fully bespoke design from SAR 1,000 upwards. Within each band the quantity, engraving method and design changes move the price, and a physical sample is approved before the run so the number is fixed before production.
Custom designs usually start at 10 to 25 pieces, because the mould and setup cost is spread across the quantity; below that, the per-piece price approaches what a ready-made trophy shop charges. Tell us the material, the quantity and the ceremony date, and you get the minimum that applies to your specific shield before you commit to anything.
An approved sample takes 2 to 4 days, a small run in ready materials 5 to 8 days, and a large run with a custom design 10 to 18 days because it includes the mould and design work. Order at least your production time plus the sample approval days before the ceremony. Every piece is boxed, labelled per recipient and delivered before the event across Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province.

Each honoree's name and title is engraved on their own piece, names and verses are proofed before the laser touches the material, and Arabic calligraphy and Latin type are set together on one award with correct balance. Every award is then packed in its presentation box labelled with the recipient's name, ready to hand over on stage in order.
